Your Will.
Drafted for you. Lawyer-reviewed. Done fast.

Will kits and online templates are one-size-fits-all. A traditionally drafted Will typically costs $1,000 or more. The One Day Will gives you a real Will, drafted to your specific situation and reviewed by an independent licensed lawyer in your province or state — at a fraction of the traditional cost.

THE PROCESS

Four steps to a lawyer-reviewed Will

1

Answer the questionnaire

Takes at least 60 minutes. Thorough by design — your Will is only as good as the information behind it.

2

We generate your draft

Your answers are transformed into a professionally drafted Will document, ready for legal review.

3

A lawyer reviews your Will

An independent licensed lawyer in your province or state checks your draft, makes any necessary adjustments, and approves it.

4

Sign by video call

Book an appointment online. Sign your Will with two witnesses by Zoom. Done.

STEP 2 — POWER OF ATTORNEY

Unlike a Will, which takes effect at death, a Power of Attorney is only effective during your lifetime — and only during periods of incapacity. If you become unable to make decisions for yourself, your attorney steps in to act on your behalf. We recommend obtaining both types of Power of Attorney together, so you are protected for both financial matters and personal/health decisions.

POA FOR PERSONAL CARE
