Mirror / Mutual Wills
Are the Wills for both spouses to be identical? If so, choose either:
Mirror Wills — either spouse may change their Will after the other’s death.
Mutual Wills — a binding agreement — the survivor cannot change the ultimate beneficiaries or the gifts.

If you and your spouse wish to make Wills with different terms, each spouse should complete a separate questionnaire as a Single Will at $499 each.
STEP 2 — ADD POWERS OF ATTORNEY (OPTIONAL)
Unlike a Will, which takes effect at death, a Power of Attorney is only effective during your lifetime — and only during periods of incapacity. If you become unable to make decisions for yourself, your attorney steps in to act on your behalf.
POA for Property
Authorizes someone to manage your financial affairs during a period of incapacity.

Additional costs may arise during the questionnaire process. For example, if a private Will is recommended to protect certain assets from probate, or if witnesses need to be arranged for your signing appointment, these will be discussed with you before any additional charge is incurred.
